1. Scope

quanrsacademy.com provides independent concierge services. We are not a dealership, manufacturer, or authorized representative, and we do not sell vehicles. Information is for guidance only.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, cooperate in good faith, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for verifying third-party offers and decisions.

3. Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before services begin. Taxes are additional unless stated. Payment terms are in your service agreement. We may suspend services for non-payment.

4. No Dealership Status

We are an independent concierge provider, not a dealer, broker, or agent for any vehicle seller. We do not guarantee third-party offers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, quanrsacademy.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service. Nothing excludes rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

6. Complaints and Disputes

Send complaints to contact@quanrsacademy.com or +380 936 494 4155. You may use out-of-court dispute resolution under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

7. Personal Data

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.

9. Governing Law
