quanrsacademy.com is an independent sourcing practice. No marque or dealership holds a stake in our work, buys a place in your shortlist, or pays us on the cars we recommend. The mandate is retained by the buyer alone.

How a mandate works
The practice is an independent sourcing service. We hold no stock, we sell no cars, and we do not arrange credit, leasing or insurance.
A 45 minute consultation at USD 300 closes with a written brief: model, generation, the options that actually matter, a condition floor and a hard budget ceiling. Nothing beyond the consultation is billed until you countersign.
The mandate letter fixes scope and fee, from USD 2,900 for a standard search and from USD 6,500 for collector grade cars. It also states plainly that availability and pricing vary and are not guaranteed.
We screen dealer, auction and private listings across Ukraine and the EU, pull VIN level history, and commission an independent pre purchase inspection before any deposit moves. You approve each candidate first.
We settle the purchase, hand over the purchase documents, and complete registration through the service centre you nominate. The car arrives with documents, history and inspection reports in one folder.

Fees are fixed before a mandate starts and invoiced in USD by quanrsacademy.com, an independent sourcing practice registered in Kyiv. Nothing is added by a seller, a dealer or a broker along the way.

Client words
I asked for a low-mileage 911 with a full dealer history. Three candidates came back in ten days and two were wrong for me, which I was told before I ever saw them. The third was the car. At no point did I feel pushed toward a listing.
The Defender I wanted existed, but its paperwork was thin. I was told that plainly, we waited, and a better one surfaced in Krakow six weeks later. Slower than I had hoped, and still the right call.
