Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers sourcing briefs and advisory work by quanrsacademy.com (PE, EDRPOU 23512906), Office 305, 12 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Issued under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
2. Fees
Fees are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is due before work begins. Single tax payer; VAT optional.
3. Cancellation
Cancel before work starts for a full refund of the service fee. After work starts, only the unstarted portion is refundable; a pro-rata fee may apply. Send cancellations to contact@quanrsacademy.com or +380 936 494 4155.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply if: (a) the service was not delivered as described; (b) you cancel before the start date; or (c) a duplicate payment occurred. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
Third-party costs (supplier samples, courier fees, platform or data fees) are non-refundable once incurred. Evidence is available on request.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@quanrsacademy.com with your order reference, or use the form below. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
7. Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to contact@quanrsacademy.com. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies. We respond within 30 calendar days.
8. Data Protection
