2. Data we collect

Contact form and sourcing brief: name, company, email, phone, country, product details, quantities, target prices and your message. Server logs may record IP address, browser type and access time.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, perform contracts and meet legal duties. Consent under Law No. 2297-VI and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies to marketing messages and non-essential cookies.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are set without consent; analytics and marketing cookies only after your consent, which you may withdraw in your browser settings.

5. Sharing and transfers

Hosting, email and logistics providers process data for us under written agreements. Transfers outside Ukraine or the EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are kept 24 months from the last contact, and longer where tax or consumer law requires; they are then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to contact@quanrsacademy.com. We reply within 30 days.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Consumers may send complaints to the contacts above. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’ No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

We may update this Policy; the current version is always published here. Trading information follows the Law of Ukraine ‘On Electronic Commerce’ No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
